The following security options are offered to secure and protect your document:

• 128 bit encryption used by all versions of Acrobat Reader from version 5 forward


• password protect the document


• option to prevent the reader from copying text or graphics from the document


• allow or prevent printing of the document


• allow or prevent users that posses the means to change your document


• allow or prevent users that possess the means to change comments from fields in the document

The "Links" tab provides the user the ability to converts URLs to functional PDF links as well as allowing for formatting the border, line style and size, and color the link will use.

The "Bookmarks" tab offers the user the ability to expand and enhance bookmarks in their documents and to create a table of contents using the PDF bookmarks. Both of these features can make your content vastly more navigable and appealing to the reader.

Finally, the "Settings" tab gives the user abilities to:

• auto save a specific folder
• how and when the program will be loaded in your system
• set and use a master system password
• create multiple pdfFactory Pro printers on your system, each with specific setups for different types of publications
• email the document to readers of your choosing
