After you get all the software loaded, and going through all the prompts, launch the Winfast PVR located in your task pane.

Go to the tools button and you will be greeted with this interface. Note the buttons on the top. Your channel scanner is the third button to the right.

Just click on the scan all channels button and your done! Everything is automated at this point so there is no user input.

To start recording a TV Show right away, the channel you are watching will be recorded, just hit the big button on the controller/remote after you have settled on a proper channel.
