For sale i have 2 ps3 60gb systems. I bought this and it didnt sell on my first ebay attempt, and i'm tired of waiting to relist it. These will be shipped today! Cause i need the money today! I'm selling each of them for 1,200 OBO dollars shipped! You can buy both for 2,300 dollars. The first person to buy one gets a free copy of resistance: fall of man. My ebay user neoxtremex and although i dont have much feedback, ill pm my cellphone number to the person who wins. Thank you for your time.

I guess you don't need the money THAT bad cause if you did you would have lowered that price.....just my opinion....

Good luck.

it seems as though the PS3 is not nearly as popular as people were hoping it would be! Well, at least after the release date that is.

You're crazy, $1200.00 for one PS3. The PS3 with 60GB harddrive is only worth $600.00, not the price you are asking.

actually I'm a little surprised it didn't go on Ebay. I guess he missed the rush. No $10,000 scalp this time :look:

How about just deleting the thread since it's an insult to the members?

Seems more appropriate to me.

Well, you price your stuff any way you want. Don't want it -- don't buy it. It really is that simple, and that's the point of this forum. Selling and buying stuff. Not having pseudo-philosophical objections to a trend or event and therefore crapping all over this thread for some reason.

Don't want it, don't buy it. Don't like it, don't read it.

I'm not trying to sound harsh, it's just the reality of the situation.

You know I am not a big console fan and am even less of a scalper fan but classifieds are permitted in this forum so I for one will refrain from making anymore rude comments. At $1000 this close to xmas I would think it would be a breeze to sell to anyone on Ebay except perhaps for someone who was unaware of the limits Ebay put on the sellers with having to have so many previous sales and high satifaction rate etc. Anyway good luck dude. Capitalism is the American way after all.

Try relisting it. I sold both of mine release day for a buy it now price of $1500 with shipping and insurance. It is xmas so try listing it with a buy it now and free next day shipping. Some rich New Yorker will buy it from you if you can get it to them by Xmas. I would ask $1499 and I bet you sell it before thursday which would be the cut off for global express shipping before xmas. Make sure you put a photo of the reciept in the add with some form of proof that you took the picture that day, like a newspaper date. People are real scared of fakes on these things, and the more you can convince them it is legit the better your chance of selling it buy it now.

Well consider the fact that i stayed 66 hrs outside the store, and minimum wage in florida is 6.5, thats 430 dollars right there, plus 659, plus 46 of taxes, total is 1135.13. I see it fair...do you?

John64

i don't want to get technical, but here there are maximum 10 hour shifts iirc, so only 27.5 hours of that would be paid $178.

Either way, things are worth what people are willing to pay, stop complaining about capitalism, unless of course you are willing to do something about it!

Sadly I flew longer than that the other day from Vegas to Pensacola. We took off at 9AM, refueled four helo's over Winslow Arizona (how cliche), hit a KC-10 over Albuquerque, loitered over Dallas to refuel the same helo's five hours later, refueled with a KC-135 over Shrievport, LA., refueled the helo's again over Biloxi, then finally got the reprieve to land! Total flying time was 11.2 hours. I definately deserved overtime that day.

Sorry, back on topic...how is the sale coming?

i am pretty sure that the ontario labour regulations say that you can't have someone work for 10hours or more, who knows, i might be wrong. Employers are likley to not follow that rule though

Nope...

I don't think that there are any limitations for maximum daily working hours (except for teens in school) in Canada or the US...

No, definitely not in the USA - I've worked plenty of 12 hour days no problem (I was on a salary, so it didn't matter anyway). I think the only law is that a company is required to give you a 15 min break for every 5 hours you work.

Ya, the BC liberals have scuttled just about every labour contract in the province, cut pretty much all social programs and are closing hospitals and schools..

Funny thing is, we have lots of money to host the winter Olympics ..

Funny thing is, we have lots of money to host the winter Olympics .. Huh here in the states it's the conservatives (republicans) who cut all the social, human services programs not the liberals. Always much more work for the little man when the dems are in power.

BTW $700 for the PS3 is definately getting more reasonable but I'm afraid you missed the christmas rush.

probably past the return date. It is a shame the resale market died, but i guess it is because no one was buying them to play, just to resell. I know a guy who bought 16 consoles, so be happy you only have 2!

I look forward to getting a PS3 sometime in the fall of 2007, when there's at least some selection of games for it.

I think you missed the Christmas high demand gotta-get-the-gift-now selling time.

I'd make an offer but I do only PC gaming here.

Craiglist is an online bulletin board that functions like a newspaper's classifieds section. Every large city has one, and it is very popular. For instance, Orlando's Craigslist is orlando.craigslist.org. Are you located in the US or in Santo Domingo?
