| Geforce 4's Ti4600 which one? I've owned Asus, Gainward, MSI Geforce video cards (GF2 and 3's). I've always been very "brand" critical when selecting video cards but do you think it matters which brand to get? I searched newegg and found a some for $230 and the one I want is close to $300. I am NOT interested in the ATI's. Think it's worth the $70 to get the Asus's and Gainwards of the world or just grab the el cheapo? I really had my heart set on a Gainward Golden sample but wondering if I shouldn't get the Chaintech and a Antec Truepower 430 together for the same price.

| I tried a PNY Verto Ti4400, went with a Gainward Ti4200 instead - much better 2D (and I've already OCed to Ti4400 specs - haven't tried higher yet). |

| If your heart is set on a Ti4600 then almost anyone will do, but a Ti4200 OC'ed to 4600 is the way I would go. The faster mem card is still pricey and the 128mb version is also considerably more money. Check reviews for this type of card and check out prices on pricewatch.com. GooD LucK! |

| Gainward Ti4600 Golden Sample 128MB!! Just put one in a friends P4 Willy 1.7 and broke 10,000 in 3DMark! He could not be happier with the quality of the Gainward card and the price on www.newegg.com was not bad at all!

| my vote is for the Albatron Ti4600. Now before all you Albatron haters out there say they suck, it is infact a VERY good card. Albatron is building itself quite a rep recently in the motherboard and vid card business. I got mine from www.nutrend.com (same company as newegg) for $233 plus free shipping. I would get this if i wer you, save some $$ too. |
