Just got mine. It's a "Zotac" Geforce 8800GT. Scores 11888 in 3DMark '06, with an E6600 @ 3 GHZ, 2 GB RAM, XP.

I think so too. My previous setup with 2 x Sapphire x1950Pro Crossfire gave me 89xx. Tomb Raider Legend with "Next gen" content looks great and it runs very smooth. Unreal Turtleman 3, Episode Two, Medal Of Honor - Airborne, all maxed settings, smooth sailing.

Here's a picture of the Gigabite card with a Zalman cooler, this is going to be a lot quieter than the stock cooler and cooler too!
