hey im just trying to answer sammy2066's question as to why his framerates are locked. and i prefer it to be off. i get smoother frames.

right it could very well be why his frame rates are locked, but the point I'm tryin to make is you are not going to SEE any more frame rates than what your monitor can draw. he might need to use the advanced options in his drivers, or a thrid party program to override his refresh rates if they are defaulting to like 60 or sumthin.

BUT playing a game with v-synch off is absoloultey worthless.
