power to the 5900


Pardon my rather candid question but I'm kinda newbie at assembling a computer.

Just got myself a MSI fx5900 which came with a power cord. The card has an onboard connector as well.

The point is that nowhere in the manual is indicated that I should use that cord and onboard connector to connect the card to the psu and how .

And if so, to use the cord or a cable coming out of the psu...

Thanks for any clue.

Yes the fx 5900 needs additional power. So you have to connect the connector to the 5900 and your powersupply.
