I would suggest you note that when you remove it. This allows for some guidance on what is permitted and not.

The problem being that pictures are subjective. There are other pictures here that appear to not cross the line.

Knowing that a picture crossed the line would help us determine where that line is. I am not objecting to the fact that the picture was removed.
