I have 1 computer with a 7800GT and 1 with a 7300LE and both score the same in windows experience is that normal?

Yes.. your weakest component always draws the score down... only if all other components were 100% identical, your 7800gt pc would score higher.

I upgraded my cpu to the Q9450 from the E6750 on my Asus P5E...
