| Windows Vista Beta 2 Available For Public Download A couple of weeks after Microsoft released the second beta of their Windows Vista OS to developers, the build is now available for public download. The beta 2 version comes in 32 and 64 bit versions in ISO format and you will have to burn the build to a DVD disk... http://download.windowsvista.com/pre...6/download.htm

| I've tried the 64-bit version and it keeps timing out saying server error. It also keeps saying: "This file is larger than the maximum size supported by your operating system. The download will be cancelled." [W/O the quotation].

| more Vista Beta 2 information.... The 32-bit version is 3.5GB and the 64-bit version is 4.4GB. You can either download the file as an .ISO or order a DVD edition to be sent to you. This Beta will expire on 1 June 2007, and there is no technical support provided by Microsoft. You can however download and read the Windows Vista Beta 2 Product Guide (60MB) which is a comprehensive feature-by-feature guide to Vista Beta 2....
