Private Message Notification Popups Not Working

The pop-up notifications that have appeared while viewing pages other than the index page, when there are unread pm's, don't seem to be working. The small indication of unread pm's that appears in the upper right hand corner of those pages does appear, but is very easy to miss seeing.

In my case, I have my options set for automatic e-mail notification of incoming pm's, but a lot of members do not have that option set that way, and without the pop-ups they are likely to be unaware of incoming pm's.

Does this represent an intentional change, and can it be restored to the way it was?

Not sure who turned it off by default, but I turned it back on.

Thanks Sanjay, but it appears that it is still not working.

I have an unread incoming pm (which I sent to myself as a test); the little "your notifications" box in the upper right of pages other than the home page shows 1 unread pm; my options are set (and always have been set) to show a pop-up when there are unread pm's; but I don't get any popups. That always worked until sometime recently.
