I like Shin Etsu G751 thermal compound, but it is hard to find and can be hard to apply.

ANY way back to the ahhh!!!. I just took my aero 4 cooler off of my 3.2C and it is bone dry. What is the best cooling thermal paste out there right now. As you can see its been a year. Oh how the tech changes.... IS it still artic cool thermal or is there a new better player in town. A little FYI so I can go get some and put this beast back together.......I knew that that overclock was running hot the past couple of months.
EERRRR now you can feel my AHHH
Update us with your temps when you get the paste on.

It is real thick, similar to semi moist clay, so it can be hard to apply evenly, but it does a good job of cooling and is not capacitive unlike AS5 and is also not electrically conductive same as AS5.

Will do....Hondaman. I know the temps for a Presscot that is why I need to fix it NOW...and no I am not using a stock cooler I am using a coolermast aero 4. Alos have it oc'ed to 3.6 225fsb. Still even so that is to high for the temps. I hope this will fix it. Will update new temps when finished.
Thanks for the info Hondaman

Fiannlly got the beat back together and a fresh new install of window. New temps are 37C at idle and 48 under load with the over clock.....that is lightyears better then where I was with the dry paste. The AHHH has be resloved.
