Lc cooling tube size question

I'm lining up a new system and considering using my EXOS I system on it and wanted to ask opinions on this. This system uses 1/4 tubing and I'm wanting to know if you'd think it ok? I could redo the tubing but the radiator/chassis connections would still be a bottle neck. Would this system cool a x6800 and some OCZflex memory ok under a mild OC? My GPU would not be in the mix as I am going for BFG's water cooled board.

The EXOS is a little underpowered in terms of pumping power. Although it will have enough cooling capacity to cool the X6800 and the ram. One thing to consider is that some of the of the watercooled GPU's are come with only the waterblock and nothing else, so that they plumb into your current watercooling system, then the EXOS might not be up to the job.
