| Replacement Push Pins Need a couple of replacement push pins for my Intel C2D heatsink. A search at New Egg and Directron did not come up with anything, but maybe I am not calling them the right thing? Intel sells them for $2.00 for a set of four plus shipping, but I thought maybe there is something better. I intsalled an Artic Pro on my E6600, and want to use the original heatsink on an E4600 work machine, but I have a broken piece.

| Re: Replacement Push Pins Thermalright's LGA775 Bolt-Thru kit would work and work better than the push pins, but the cheapest I've seen them for is $5.00.

| Re: Replacement Push Pins Found the Thermalright kit at Newegg at Customer Reviews Of Thermalright LGA775 RM LGA775 Retention Bracket - Retail I looked under Heatsinks at Directron and lo and behold found where they are selling a package of two push pins for $1.99. I think that I will pull the motherboard and use the Thermalright kit. The push pins are easier than the old socket 370 and 478 retention system, but I don't trust them being all plastic. Should be a plastic pin with a metal retainer.

| Re: Replacement Push Pins That's not it. That's the retention bracket to allow socket 478 coolers to be used on LGA775 CPUs. This is what I'm talking about.
