| I really depends on the cpu really. I remember with the old P4 northwoods wasnt a good idea to go over 1.65v on them. |

| It would be useful if you were to tell us which CPU you are talking about. CPU's run at different voltages depending on make and model. The clip you posted is good information though. Adding too much voltage CAN destroy your processor. One of the things people like about the Core 2 Duos is you can get a good overclock with them without having to increase the voltage. My advice would be to not change your voltage settings unless you are sure what your doing, oh and welcome to the forums edit: posted before new info. Now that I know what CPU.. I wouldn't worry about increasing the Vcore with that chip unless you are to trying to get an extreme OC.

| I would say 1.45v maybe more depends on what kind of temps your getting. |
