XP-90/CNPS7000B compatible with tall memory?

i am looking for parts to do a upgrade for my rig. i'll be getting MSI neo2 platinum mobo and cosair TWINX1024-3200XLPRO (the one with LEDs). can i use xp-90 or CNPS7000B with that setup? since the memory is tall, i dont know if the HSF would fit? if someone has the similiar setup, pls let me know, thanks!

i don't think the Neo2 will work with the Zalman.

edit: i guess that only pertains to if you are using their VGA cooler as well.

now that i think about it, there isn't much room between my 7000 and my ram, just barely enough for me to get the inner most stick in place on my K8NS Ultra

hmm, from NEO2's layout, it's very possible that the fins of the XP-90 may actually hang over the 1st ram slot. and i am definitle sure that there is not enough height clearance for a tall memory.

though the sink is on a different motherboard, at least the pic shows that height clearance will be an issue, thx FBi.
