Deluded SCO CEO on witness stand: "Linux is a copy of UNIX"

Darl McBride entered a courtroom to assert his rights regarding legacy System V code, which he still contends exists within Linux. This despite years of discovery turning up zero evidence to support the assertion. Ars reports from the scene of the Novell v. SCO trial.

What's this guy smokin, I want some. It's already been proven, thanks to a Discovery order that Linux does not contain one bit of Unix code, and it's already been decided by a judge as of last fall, that SCO does not own UNIX.

Well, if you compare the Unix system V code and linux on a binary level, both consist of 0's and 1's.
