seems like there are always a group of users who hate a particular product for one reason or another...I have to think that the overall skill level/tech savvy of the end user plays a big role in why certain products seem to cause so much trouble for them versus other users...I read those user comments about IE8 breaking websites, screwing up 'favorites', crashing etc and while I believe it to be true for those people I also think there is something else behind it besides simply saying IE8 sucks...I think their systems overall must not be stable and hence when installing something like IE8 it too becomes buggy and the cries begin

for me I have experienced none of those issues
