Just like any other card with a big-*** heatsink on it.

First I heard Dec 3 now the middle of Dec....you can't hardly find a 8800gt...This bringing out new products without having any stock is really starting to bug me, they must of had 20 QX9650 cpu's and about $300 over list price and now you can't find one, same thing with video cards, ITS A JOKE!!!!!!

Is there a difference between this one and the current 8800 GTS 640/320bit?

Its a die shrink from the G80 to G92, will have a 1 gig model and from what I hear should be has fast or faster than a Ultra...
