| Staples to begin selling Dell products in-store Round Rock (TX) - Dell announced on Monday that Staples will begin selling Dell-based computers Nov 11. This corresponds with Intel's release of their next-generation 45nm Penryn processors. Staples will be the first retailer to sell Dell products directly from their stores. They will also carry inventory and offer machines through their website. Staples has more than 10,000 outlets worldwide. TG Daily - Staples to begin selling Dell products in-store |

| Re: Staples to begin selling Dell products in-store Walmart sells a very capable Dell desktop system including LCD for about $550. I don't think you can beat that online anywhere. |

| Re: Staples to begin selling Dell products in-store There is only one complaint I have about Dell selling in stores now. That complaint is that you have to pay taxes when you buy from them online. It will be interesting to see what happens with HP and other store bought brands. Last edited by Ford Freak; 10-25-2007 at 09:04 AM.. |

| Re: Staples to begin selling Dell products in-store Only if that computer company has some business in the state you live in. Dell operates in many states, so most pay taxes already.
