| A8V-VM reboot loop Here's my issue, pc suddenly got stuck in a reboot loop after reaching the XP loading screen. First thing I did was attempt a repair install, no luck. I then re-formatted the drive and tried a fresh install, get to reboot to continue install and either blue screens (IRQ_Less or equal) or reboots, or just sits there with no progress. I then removed all other devices (PCI-E graphics, extra cd drive, reset cmos) still no luck. I have booted to a Ultimate Boot CD and successfully run Memtest with no errors, seagates' diagnotics no errors, and a cpu test with no errors. The only suspicious activity i've seen is in the bios, when monitoring voltages everything is slightly above spec and stable... except the vcore voltage, it always seems to stay above 1.5v (proper for athlon 64 4000+) but fluctuates wildly from 1.54 up to 1.59v. Could this be a power supply issue or the mobo? Or is it not an issue at all? Any ideas?
