also are there folks on here that are running the board under the following condition:

1. 74GB RAPTORS IN RAID O
2. USING NVIDIA CONTROLLER
3. CONNECTED TO EITHER PORTS 1&2 OR 3&4

could I please ask you a favor. Could you please download (if you dont already have it) the Lifeguard diagnostics tools (both DOS & Windows)

I ask because of this thread that I posted here
LifeGaurd Diagnostics Generates Errors

I desperately need to know if this problem is localised to my mobo or is prevelant in all of them. I would really appreciate it if you could let me know ASAP as I have to RMA this stupid thing AGAIN !!!! from NewEgg. This is very very frustrating.

ok got my board but as im still at work i dont know which revision it is, quick question tho whats the latest/best bios for this board ?

I'm using the latest bios 1103. It has worked fine for me.

Well, we were hoping you might get rev. 1.01G, which is the newest revision that has the revised video card release lever (and who knows among other new things). Well, good luck with your setup.

ok builld went good, 1 small problem tho lol, when i setup my bios i disable lots of un needed hardware, I.E gameport parralel port serial port etc etc, well when i disable the gameport windows wont boot, gets to the xp load screen then reboots lol, m guessing its an IRQ issue, any ideas ?

Yeap, people are having the same issue when they disable the game port. The only option at the moment that they say work is to just leave Game Port ENABLED.

BTW, where did you order yours from?
