CUSL2 USB Bracket

One of the ports on the USB bracket that comes with the CUSL2 is marked "shared". Does anyone know what is it shared with?

My manual shows USB 0 and USB1 on the mother board but refers to them as USB 1 & 2...the riser shows USB 2 and USB 56. I use all four and have had no conflicts to date...sorry I couldn't be of more help.

I think te share is used to connect 2 computers together but I have never tried so I am not sure. I am pretty sure that it does not work for USB peropherals.

On CUSL2 mobos, USB controller HC1 is shared with PCI slot 3. See CUSL2 manual rev 1.02 pg 28. If I'm reading things right, HC1 controls the "shared" port on your USB bracket. BTW, this differs from CUSL2-C mobos.
