| How to disable C-Media audio chip? I have a P4S533 and I need to disable the built in audio. Where in the BIOS do I do that? |

| Go into the BIOS into the 'Advanced' section. At or near the bottom it should say 'PCI Configuration'. In that section there should be 'Onboard PCI Devices Control'. In this last section, you can disable the onboard audio controller. ![]() |
