| Re: Intel DP45SG (Skyburg) That's why I mentioned a friend's computer. On a different note, I'm getting a 26" Samsung T260 for this bad boy. Should be with me tomorrow.

In my view its the crack making the problem. You could buy an OEM copy of Windows from a reseller such as Newegg or Mwave, but only if you purchased a “qualifying non-peripheral computer hardware component” with it, that is branded systems that have already made contract with microsoft to preactivate Vista. This is what I know.IF I am wrong,Sorry! | |

| Re: Intel DP45SG (Skyburg) I was thinking of getting a system developer edition from amazon(although this version is tied to the motherboard when installed so I'd be SOL if that motherboard dies if I'm not mistaken). I'm just waiting for my deposit to post to my account before I start ordering stuff, been looking at deals already for my parts

I have this board, and have had ZERO problems with it. ZERO. So don't base your assumptions on the issues here, or at the very least quit bitching until you get one and experience it. I am also an Intel distributor, and sell quite a few of these to my customers. Guess what? NO ISSUES. Shocking. ![]() You are nothing but a troll, and don't contribute ANYTHING to this thread. | Re: Intel DP45SG (Skyburg) I had this board for weeks months ago. Nothing but problems i had. And be unable to solve them. If this thread 100pages is not proof how bad this board is? which are? It is true, that threads like these collect peoples with problems, which most of the time are not representative of the true quality of one motherboard. It is true also, that for the regular users, which are not too "in depth", one motherboard may be problem free simply because they do "not search too much". My humble opinion is that the Intel motherboards by the time became less and less quality product and the Intel support especially in choosing the parts are bad and insufficient (why these people do not mention true RAM name, instead of the chips name?) . Only their high price sector have the quality, which many boards today have from their lower price segment. You may disagree, but this is my opinion. | re:whoppapapa Well, he posted here since the posts indicating a DVD crack and he did not respond to those posts. so: I can thus only conclude he has a cracked DVD--lets ignore this guy until and if he clarifies whether he has a cracked DVD. ![]()
