Well I googled it, I got many mixed results, so I really dunno which resolves my issue ... I consider google to be helpful but most of the time a source of total Chaos and Confusion

Don't be so impatient--I doubt you will find an exact fix. READ some of the Google results to guide your trouble shooting.

My guess is something is running at night--virus check or something like that. or some piece of software looking for update. My advice, shut your system down when your retire for the night. If you have something set to check at night--disable that and see if it fixes your problem. It is probably something like that, if it does not happen except late at night when the PC is unattended.

Alsdo check the error logs( and other logs) in administrative tools, event viewer to see what might be running before the crash.

Explanation:

This Stop message occurs when requested data is not found in memory. The system generates a fault, which normally indicates that the system looks for data in the paging file. In this circumstance, however, the missing data is identified as being located within an area of memory that cannot be paged out to disk. The system faults, but cannot find, the data and is unable to recover. Faulty hardware, a buggy system service, antivirus software, and a corrupted NTFS volume can all generate this type of error.

User Action:

This Stop message usually occurs after the installation of faulty hardware or in the event of failure of installed hardware (usually related to defective RAM, either main memory, L2 RAM cache, or video RAM). Thanks mate, yeah it only happens when I leave my PC unattended during the time I'm @ work and after I retire for the night

So it could be some kind of software looking for updates coz I have no internet on it, my Baby Rig is for internet as for my Boss Rig is mainly for games n such ... I will disable auto updating on all of installed appZ

Right click on My computer > manage > events , try to see @ app events or system if its any faulty one.

I found a way to get my tv tuner working, with its audio cable jacked into audio-in jack on the motherboard.

As posted before, I filed a detailed problem report and finally found someone at Intel who seemed to understand what I was talking about. But I haven't heard from that Intel tech in two weeks now
