there are links a pg or 2 back. I used this guide as it also helps you set the CD up so it will install unattended ie you dont have to sit there and enter info etc, its all in files on the install disc. Sliptreamed & Unattended Install Also there are lots of other guides out there too.

I would wait awhile on SP2 to see what issues are soon to come. I here they may be major issues and lot's of things that may need fixing.

hummm, since Im testing for MS I cant recall hearing of any new major bugs in SP2RC2, there were with earlier releases. I still wouldnt make a slipstream till they release it unless you are in MS Beta.

hey guys, do you know the little bar on the bottom when you open internet explorer? the bar that tells you how many items are still being downloaded, the address of a particular link and a bar which displays the webpage status? that bar just disappeared and i wonder how to turn it back on. that bar was still there last time i used my pc, using 1017beta bios and Win XP SP1a

NEED HELP with RAID0 Array setup

1st build and install for me and i have to say that the posts here have helped me quite a lot, Mr. Steveo's guide gave me the confidence to try,but I am currently stuck....I followed the instructions but when my WD raptors are set in raid0 array, Windows install hangs and wont continue. When set as single drives, no problems with windows loading. I set bios setting to Raid enabled. I created the raid0 volume and I F6 the newest raid drivers, what am I doing wrong???

Thanks for any help.

Post the specs for your new system. Set up differs from mobo to mobo. You might get more responses if you post this in the chipset forum for your board.

Cut and Paste

I just did a cut and paste to word document.

Takes a little time but well worth it.

Hope that offers some help.

Cheers
