| Swiftech MCX159-R will not work with my slk-947, it will run into the clip that hold 92mm fan. It could work if i use 80mm fan instead. What is CPUID Maximum Value limit ? What does it do when enable? or disable. Thanks,

| For memory setting, what are these settings and how do you adjust them? DRAM Idle Timer DRAM Refresh Rate Performance Acceration Mode [auto or enable] I have everything set at auto as of now and running at fsb287 5:4 [2-2-2-5] @3.2v vdimm I can run 290 but not stable. not sure if i hit the limit or not.

| >> btv94 (memtest 12h) Thats more than enough ! Your memory works well. >> btv94 (CPUID Maximum Value Limit) That param has nothing to do with performance, its a compatibility option fo older OS's As for your questions regarding memory setting you should take a look at the 1st post in this thread. Actually MANY of you would find the answers to your questions if you just had the patience to read it

| My "race" settings for P4C800-E DLX, 4.4GHz (P4 3.4C @) test rig CPU Frequenzy: 200MHz DRAM Frequenze: 400MHz AGP/PCI Frequenzy: 66MHz/33MHz (Locked) CPU Voltage: 1.775V DRAM Voltage: 2.85V AGP Voltage: 1.8V (This have really big influence when overclocking) Performance Mode: Turbo DRAM CAS# Latency: 2 DRAM RAS# Precharge: 2 DRAM RAS# to CAS# Delay: 2 DRAM Precharge Delay: 5 DRAM Burst Lenght: 4 Performance Acceleration Mode: Enabled DRAM Idle Time: Infinite DRAM Refresh Rate: 7.8µsec Spread Spectrum: Disabled MPS Revision: 1.4 After setting up these, I boot up to windows, and increase the frequenzy with clockgen. With this method, I get additional turbos equal to 70MHz (200FSB boot-trick). These are really mean settings, but faster you cant get |
