Can't get TV to work with Ti200. I have an Asus Ti200 video card with TV out. I used an RCA adapter to go from the TV out on the card to the cable hookup on my regular TV. The problem is I cant get my computer to view on the TV. In the properties area of the nVidia driver the analog monitor is enabled but the radio buttons for a digital monitor and the TV option is greyed out. I have tried to reboot with no change. I am using the nVidia 6.13.10.4072 driver. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks Brad

If it's like my Ti4400, then it has an S-video output, so it needs no converter as long as you have an S-video input. Then, make sure your TV is set to use the input you connect it to. For example, if your TV has the S-video on the "video 2" channel, then make sure you set the TV over to "video 2" to see what's on that channel.

My Tv only has a cable input. Does the RCA out on the card convert to a cable signal? Thanks

tv I see you're trying to hook it up to the aerial/cable input. No can do bud, the output is either S-Video or RCA so you need a TV set with either of those inputs, for use with the regular aerialinput you'd need a tuner. But if the TV has an 21-pin cinch plug there are adapters from RCA. I remember doing the same mistake some years ago, you're not alone. Look for other inputs on the TV, if there aren't any try another TV.

Wow, that is some good info.. Yes the first TV I tried had only a cable input and that was it. I actually bought a RCS to cable wire adapter. Obviouly a waste of money. The TV is a very inexpensive model. I will haul my "good" TV to my computer and give it a try. I'll let you know. Thanks again, Brad

YES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I did it. I your message got me thinking. It was so easy. I realized my good TV had to be switched to S-Video.(I never use it) When I did that it worked great. Brad

tv Glad you could do it. You'll find that the image quality sucks, only for watching movies and that's it. Working or playing for a long period will hurt your eyes. But it's cool though!
