I have a slow motion video analysis program that depends on Directx 9.0

And it runs better with EVERY update to the runtime code....

Why do we give money to a Company who intentionally takes away features and cripples the operating system for the computer user when they get a phone call from the MPAA or the RIAA with a request. Do they implement the request of the MPAA and RIAA. Do they impement the request of the computer user.

That was random, and has nothing to do with DirectX.

Only if you are playing the games in DX9

The only reason I constantly update is because I have a slow motion video program to analyze my baseball players----and it depends on DX9.

Things have changed, notice the file name does not say DX9. Both DX9 and DX10 are updated. This can easily be proven by taking a look at the extracted files after running the redistributable package.

good to know...I didn't realize it now updated DX10 files as well...I always wondered why DX10 never needed any updated files while DX9 did
