| First of all, post your system specs - it's virtually impossible to troubleshoot anything without them (I suggest filling in your profile also, that way you don't have to repeat it every post). Are your computer overclocked? If so, put it all back to standard speed and relaxed memory timings. OC can screw stuff up more than you know it - even if it is "stable". -kONGO |

| He means the winxp version of the video card's drivers. They have different sets: one for 95/98 and one for xp

| it doesnt give me a choice for that.. this card allows me to watch tv on my comp. could it be conflicting with my radeon 9500pro?? heres the whole thing: i boot, the add new hardware wizard comes up, and i cancel that because i want to install from the CD. Then i start to install, it gets through half the installation and then the whole add new hardware stuff starts to come up and i cancel them. then it says that the stuff im installing isnt approved by microsoft and do i want to continue, and i choose yes, and about this time it reboots.... i had trouble with my sound card not too long ago....such a pain with this stuff... |

| Try downloading more recent WHQL-certified drivers from http://www.leadtek.com/drivers.htm
