Graphic cards recommendation for Digital Video/Photography (no gaming) - i7 build

I am somewhat lost on all the video card choices. I will be building a new i7 rig in the next couple of months. I presently have a P4-3.2 with a Matrox P650 (PCI), so this will be a very nice upgrade for me.

I do not do any gaming, but I understand Adobe Photoshop CS4 is starting to offload some of the work to the video card. I would like to have this capability.

I am looking for the following:
  • Be able to drive two 24" Dell 2408WFP LCD panels
  • Appropriate for digital photography and digital video work
  • I want to be senstive to power consumed. It does not seem to make sense to buy a powerhouse gaming card that consumes a lot of power for my application
  • Noise - I would like a fairly quiet pc

The following document lists video cards with GPU support in CS4 - kb.adobe.com/selfservice/viewContent.do?externalId=kb404898

I was thinking something along the lines of a ATI 4850 (don't have the manufacturer or specific model picked out yet). I am open to your input and advice.

Thank you in advance.
Steve
