Question What CPU is this

This intel P-4 2.8 GHz CPU was given to me from a working machine. I want to know two things, what family CPU is this and will it work in my P4B533 MoBo. This is what on the chip:

My school has hundreds of those processors in Dell Optiplex GX270s all around campus. They contain the Prescott core and run much hotter than their Northwood counterparts with 512kb cache.. It should work fine in your mobo as long as you have the most up-to-date BIOS.

Thanks for yer input, yes I do have the current BIOS. It may be an old MoBo by current standards, but it keeps chugging along for what I need it to do...........

Now if I can find a 3.06 or 3.2 Northwood, I can max out this thing.........
