PCMark Vantage

PCMark Vantage is the first objective hardware performance benchmark for PCs running 32 and 64 bit versions of Windows Vista. PCMark Vantage is perfectly suited for benchmarking any type of Windows Vista PC from multi media home entertainment systems and laptops to dedicated workstations and hi-end gaming rigs. Regardless of whether the benchmarker is an artist or an IT Professional, PCMark Vantage shows the user where their system soars or falls flat, and how to get the most performance possible out of their hardware. PCMark Vantage is easy enough for even the most casual enthusiast to use yet supports in-depth, professional industry grade testing.

Futuremark - Announcing 3DMark Vantage!

Notes:

PCMark Vantage 32-bit does not run in Microsoft Windows XP.
PCMark Vantage 64-bit does not run in Microsoft Windows XP or Microsoft Windows Vista 32-bit.
It is recommended to use a clean install of Microsoft Windows Vista.
NTFS file system is required.

Re: PCMark Vantage

Ran 3DMark Vantage for the first time. GPU score is low, but CPU score is quite high. This is on Vista 64 Ultimate, on the GA-EP45-UD3P.
p.s.The CPU speed shows wrong. It is 3200 (400x8), not 3400.

Our scores are all most the same, same video card pretty much same cpu! I'm thinking of getting a 285 gtx 2 gb video card, but I really don't game that much anymore so it would be more or less a waste!

Yeah, same here, with the exception of flight sims and they run fine on the 8800GTS 512. Besides, my cases is not very deep and all the new cards are too long.

Skully,
Uh yeah, right.
