| 'bigtoe' --> Intel + Memory question Would DDR400@2-2-2-5 be faster than DDR480@2.5-4-4-7 in refference to bandwidth and overall?

| You need to be at 260fsb 2.5-4-4-7 to beat 2-2-2-5 async. 2.5-3-4-6 would be another matter though. |

| What about BH-5 memory, how high is a safe voltage on it? Because, my Corsair XMS PC3200 is BH-5 and is happy to go up to DDR480@2-2-2-5!

| 2.9V is safe but then nobody runs it at that. Most people who run BH-5 know that for it to shine it needs 3V and up as you raise the FSB Steve |

| My position regarding overvolting ram is this. The more you put in the quicker it will die...over 3V its life gets shorter very quickly. |
