| OCZ 4000 Gold Abit IC7-MAX3 (attn: bigtoe) What are the recommened memory settings (at 250FSB 1:1) with the GAT settings? I'm trying to tune my newly built system. |

| There are no recomended settings for GAT. All GAT is are Dram Refresh options between 64uS and 64.They force the ram to work outside is normal paramiters. See what you get stable and stick with it. |

| BH5 is pretty much the only IC that will take GAT settings, although, out new 3700Gold rev2 does well with GAT settings also. |

| monk, i'm running same memory and timings as you. i'm running rev1 (samsung), but yours should be rev2(hynix)
