| BT Yahoo Anytime users Can you tell me if the number it uses to dial out to has strange characters before it, or does it just have the number? I ask because I was asked to fix a problem with a connection today, and as a broadband user couldn't figure it out. It kept taking them to the "Special service area", and saying there is a problem with the connection. Although, I don't think the strange symbols before the number could be causing this, since it does manage to connect to the "special area", so it must be connecting to BT Yahoo Anytime in some form. Could this be a problem with wrong username/password? |
