Can Corsair and Kingston cohabitate?

I never worry about asking stupid questions on this forum because you all insist it is better to ask than proceed blindly. My rig is a P4 2.53 @ 2.924 with a P4PE running at 153 FSB. I have 512MB of Corsair XMS 3500(DDR 400 so I don't think it is 3200).

Ad in today's paper for Kingston HyperX PC 3500 512MB regularly $199 but there are two rebates bringing it down to $99.

Could these two get along??? I know Corsair is considered a better memory but thought what the hell, it's Father''s Day.

Thanks and happy padre day to you all.
