Cheapest way to ship RAM to Canada?

I have somebody in Canada interested in buying RAM that I'm selling. I looked on USPS and if the RAM can fit into a large envelope, I can ship it with Global Priority 4-6 day for $7. Does anybody know if this is the cheapest way to ship? I have two clamshell packs each with a stick of RAM. Would these fit into an envelope (I guess a yellow envelope is what they consider large)?

you can most likely ship it Airmail Letter Post. i do it all the time when i ship to canada, at least the local USPS employees recommend it for me because it is cheaper than the other options. Airmail Letter post will even work for smaller boxes (big enough to ship PCI cards etc)

Yep you can use the large envelope shipping, that is the cheapest. The only problem is it is regular post not expedited so you cant have insurance and stuff at that price.
