Droping memory timings

Hi all,
I have 4GB of ram 4x1GB.
CPU-Z says this about modules.
1x1GB DDR2-800 (5-5-5-16@800) (4-4-4-11@533) 1.8v
3x1GB DDR2-667 (5-5-5-15@667) (4-4-4-12@533) 1.8v
I had ram running at 667 (5-5-5-15), I then dropped the timings down to 4-4-4-13@667 1.8v and did a memtest and ever thing seems to be OK. My question is, since I did not increase voltage will my ram be unstably in the long run, should I increase voltage and if I do will ram overheat (no heat spreaders). Or should I leave it at 5-5-5-15, I see improvements in benchmarks but will it make a real world difference, PC is used as a HTPC and for some gaming. Your advice would be greatly appreciated.

Re: Droping memory timings

If your memory will run at a lower timing with default voltage you'll be fine.

Run more than just Memtest on your RAM. And run the tests for 24 hours. I like the stress test in Prime95.
