| G.Skill RMA I don't know what is up with G.Skill's RMA department. I've sent them 4 e-mails with the RMA form. Two from my home e-mail and 2 from my work e-mail. I have not recieved any reply at home. The two I sent from work couldn't be delivered. I never had a problem with them before. |

| Re: G.Skill RMA Only phone number GSKILL has is for their headquarters in Taiwan. I don't think Ford Freak, wants to run up a huge international long distance bill to call these them. Here's the official forums for GSKILL. GSkill.com :: Index

| Re: G.Skill RMA Beat me to it. It's listed on Newegg under their product descriptions as their support phone number.

| Re: G.Skill RMA I might try that phone number. It has been less than 90 days since I bought the kit. Newegg will exchange it if I return it to them. I wonder which way would be faster. |

| Re: G.Skill RMA I just solved the issue through Newegg. I didn't want to be without my high end system since my other systems won't play Crysis and some other stuff on high settings. I asked them if they could do soemthing similar to what Crucial does, AKA hold the funds until the bad product is recieved. They said I could order a new set and send the old set in for a refund even though it has been over 30 days. They even said they'll send a return shipping label. This will turn out to be a good deal. I'll save $20 because of a price drop since I bought the set back in January and I won't have to pay for return shipping. |

| Re: G.Skill RMA The return label was sent to my e-mail. I hope I am around on delivery day so I can give UPS the package when he delivers the new RAM. |
