Memory Suggestion

I want to buy 1G RAM DDR to replace my old one in my desktop. Anyone can give me suggestion which store can provide me lower price RAM and good quality?

I added replaced my RAM ( 512MB) with 2 Gig. WHat a huge difference!

Saves mega time on start up and shutdown.

I heard that best buy sells 1GB for $40-$50 but just as a tip, I would get at least 2GB if you want to keep up with the new technology.

You can try Newegg, it has all different brands and really good prices.

Remember to make sure that it has some kind of built on heat sink of some kind. You might be spending $50 on a some memory, but if it doesn't have a heat sink or some kind of heat disapation device on it don't even mess with it. I personally like corsair brand and it's 89.95 right now at newegg and 49.50 after mail in rebate.
