I can answer your first question only Crucial/Micron are the same!

oh..okay
so is crucial better or corsair is better...in terms of FSB cas latency and timing (the 5,7 or 7,9)???

I,ve never had Corsair. I run Crucial memory @159 fsb @222 7-9. No problems!

Corsair now has high performance PC 150 CAS2 memory at a reasonable price... check PriceWatch.com... I got it for $99 for 256M... looks like it is a little higher at the moment.
