Mushkin BIOS Settings Greets, I just put in my 3Ghz 800Mhz chip into my P4C800. I have been operating with a 1.7G celeron (until the price on the 3G went down) so I did not bother with the mushkin settings as I was in 266Mhz mode. Now I want to put my memory where it should be, given that the P4C800 does not read the SPD. I am using 2 sticks of Mushkin PC3500 Black. Mushkin told me that I could set it to "2:2:2-6 with a burst of 8". The P4C800 bios has 5 ram settings, so I made them 2, 2, 2, 6, and 8. Once I did that, the computer advised me the BIOS was bad and I needed an emergency disk. I used the CMOS clear and the computer was back running. BUT my problem is, I don't know the proper settings for the Mushkin PC3500 on the P4C800. Can someone please tell me the Bios Item and the value I should be at? Thanks!

Bump your DRAM voltage to 2.75v (Still within Mushkin Spec). You should then be ok to run at 2-2-2 6-8 ...

Ummm I am actually not looking to overclock - its just that the SPD isn't reading so I am not even getting the base amount. Can someone tell me the answers to the 5 questions which will not cause my system to fail to boot?
