I just installed a single stick of Kingston 512MB 168 pin PC133 SDRAM DIMM and it works great! I have read on abxzone that some think it can't be done, not so! The ASUS CUSLs manual also says you can. If you are correct about what Intel specs for the i815 chipset, then clearly ASUS has an onboard work around.
