Need help with BIOS settings and overclocking for two PCs

Hi,

I would like some help in setting my BIOS up correctly to run the following two, very similar PCs:

HTPC

Case: Zalman HD160XT +
PSU: Seasonic M12II-500
Motherboard: Asus P5K Premium
CPU: Intel Core 2 Duo, E8400, Wolfdale Core
CPU cooler: Scythe mini ninja
Memory: 4GB (4x1GB) Corsair TwinX XMS2, DDR2 PC2-6400 (800) CAS 4-4-4-12, DHX
Graphics card: MSI NVIDIA Ultra-Quiet 8800GT-Zilent 512MB
Soundcard: Auzentech Auzen X-Fi Prelude 7.1
Hard disks: Samsung Spinpoint HD200HJ and HD501LJ Spinpoint T166
Media drive: Samsung SH-S203P/BEBN
Tuner card: Blackgold BGT3540
Keyboard and mouse: Logitech DiNovo Edge and Logitech MX Air
OS: Vista 32 bit Home Premium
Screen: Sony KDL-40W3000

DESKTOP

Case: Antec Sonata
PSU: Seasonic S12-600
Motherboard: Asus P5K Premium
CPU: Intel Core 2 Duo, E8400, Wolfdale Core
CPU cooler: Zalman CNPS9500-AT
Memory: 4GB (2x2GB) Corsair TWIN2X2048-6400C4DHX
Graphics card: 512MB Palit/XVision 9600GT
Soundcard: Creative Labs Sound Blaster Audigy 2 Platinum eX
Hard disks: Samsung Spinpoint HD200HJ and 2x HD501LJ Spinpoint T166
Media drive: ASUSTeK CRW-5224A (52/24/52) and DVD-E616 (16x/48x)
Tuner card: Blackgold BGT3540
OS: Vista 64 bit Home Premium
Keyboard and Mouse: Logitech® Cordless Desktop® MX
Screen: Apple 24" HD Cinema display (recently upgraded from CRT)

At the moment I have set my BIOS up as below, but I have a few questions:

Should the memory be set up differently as the HTPC has 4 sticks and the Desktop just 2?
Do I need to change some more voltages (I don't want to knacker any components)
I don't want to overclock the HTPC as much as the Desktop, I just want to get the RAM working at the right timings really.
How should I set the power settings on the HTPC's BIOS to get suspend working?
Anything that I can turn off or should turn on?

I will show more BIOS settings than necessary to help others out with the same combination of components as I didn't find too much useful information on the web:
