Need help getting my ram to run at 200mhz

i can run it at 250mhz 2.5-3-3-7, but for the life of me i can't get it to run at 200mhz.

it is rated at 275mhz at 2.5-4-4-8, no 200mhz rating.

currently running at 250x8 (so cpu is stock, but ram is overclocked)

have tried 2-2-2-6 timings and 2-3-3-6 timimgs @ 200mhz, but both are giving me BSOD's in PCMark05 memtests, but 250 is smooth sailing

grrrr, and it is corsair which is well known for not playing nicely in DFI boards

trying some of Angry_games settings now, although, they aren't too much different than my own.

Why don't you just run it at stock SPD? I mean why 200Mhz?

How much voltage are you giving them? I ran my 4400c25 at 2-2-2-5 2.8v without any problems. Have you tried the orange and yellow slots?
