Smile Need help with Memory upgrade.

I want to buy some Infineon SD Ram modules for my Parants PC, which is a Compaq Presario 7000, Pentium 3, 933 Mhz.
I think they're now owned and manufactured by HP.
The PC has 3 memory bays inside it but only one has anything in it. One single Infineon 128 MB SD Ram memory module. So it really needs alot more memory. For the motherboard that it has, it can go up to 768 MB total memory....so that's what i'd like to upgrade it to.
These are the current Infineon's 128 MBRam spec's which i read from the memory module:
Infineon 16M x 64 SDRAM
Model # HYS 64V16220GU-7.5-C
128 MB, Sync, 133 Mhz, CL3
PC133-333-520.

This is what i want to upgrade it to, 3 x 256MB Infineons SDRam modules, that i have seen on Ebay.
The spec's for the SDRam from Ebay are:
Infineon 256MB SDRAM Modules
Model # HYS 64V32300GU-7.5-C2
168-pin DIMM
PC133U-333-520
Sync 133MHz CL3

Would these be a compatible upgrade for my Parants Compaq PC ?
If someone could confirm this for me, before i bid on them that would be excellent...as i would really prefer to upgrade the PC with the Infineon brand.

Thanks for your help.

Re: Need help with Memory upgrade.

If you don't plan to reduce memory timings (or overclock the pc) you should be fine with the sd-rams you selected.

Greetings

Dru

Pretty much any sdram will work in that system. Newegg i believe has some for sale still.
