New memory and memtest errors. Some avdvice pls

Hey all...Well, I just bought 2 gigs of 1 gig sticks of Patriot ram at my local Fryes...timings are 2-3-2-5 and everything in the bios is on auto except for the command rate which is at 1T..Well, the ram seems to be doing it's job as my system feels great overall, but last night I decided to test them because I started getting multiple bsod's with the BF2 demo, which I never got b4 I upgraded my ram...

Anyways, after running memtest for over four hours, I came back to my computer to see 2 errors showing. There were only these 2 errors on 2 different failing addresses, and both were failed on test#7..So my question is this..So what does this mean? Are my new ram modules bad then? How does one gauge failing memtest, and actual defective ram?? I know that errors occured after the 5th and 6th run through, so the 4 passes all went w\o errors, so does that mean that my memory still could be good? should I rerun at 2T and recheck? Thanks....
