| Have any of you heard about the new magnetic memory that is suppose to revolutionize computing? I have only heard that it is way faster, but I have heard nothing else. I am sure that you all have more info than I have about this stuff. Thanks in advance. |

| It is not neccesaraly faster but the big pro is that it retains its setting when the power is turned of. It has been theorised for years about. The Ibm version is called mram I think. Other conserns are also working on the same concept by different names. I believe Ibm expects it to get on the market in two years. grtz Asha |
